Announcement of public bidding for

 fixed asset obsolescence/idle treatment projects

    HENAN NEW KELONG ELECTRICAL APPLIANCES CO., LTD. intends to invite public tenders for the disposal of scrapped/idle fixed assets. Qualified bidders are now openly invited to bid. The announcement is as follows:

一、Bid

HENAN NEW KELONG ELECTRICAL APPLIANCES CO., LTD. intends to dispose of fixed assets as scrap/idle, and the technical requirements are detailed in appendix 1

二、 Bidding Schedule

1、June 8, 2020-June 12, 2020 Tender Notice

2、Registration time: June 12, 2020-June 19, 2020, daily from 8:00 to 12:00, and from 2:00 to 6:00 in the afternoon

3、Physical storage location: HENAN NEW KELONG ELECTRICAL APPLIANCES CO., LTD.

4、Site surveying time: June 12, 2020-June 19, 2020, daily from 8:00 to 12:00, and from 2:00 to 6:00 in the afternoon

5、Bid opening time: the morning of June 22, 2020

6、Bid Opening Location: No.1, Kelong Avenue, Hongqi District, Xinxiang City-Henan New kelong Electrical Appliances Co., Ltd. (Office Building Room 206)

三、Bid bond and performance bond

1、Bid deposit: 5000 RMB. The security deposit of the unsuccessful unit shall be refunded within 7 working days after the end of the bidding (without interest).

2、Performance bond: After winning the bid, the bid bond will be converted into a performance bond (the total amount of the performance bond is 10,000 yuan, paid in full at the time of signing), and the full amount will be refunded after the normal performance and the agreement expires (without interest). If the contract is not signed on time after winning the bid, or the contract cannot be fulfilled after signing the contract, the bid bond and performance bond will be confiscated.

五、Bid winning’s signing and settlement method of the contract.

1、The bidder receives the bid-winning notice, and then signs a contract with the tenderer in accordance with the time specified in the bid-winning notice

2、Settlement method: Our company issues a 13% value-added tax special invoice, which is subject to changes in the national tax rate. The winning bidder can only go out after the settlement is made in cash or in cash.

六、Anti-corruption Clause

1、The personnel of the bid inviting party shall not seek improper benefits during the bidding process, and the bidder shall have the right to report.

2、If there is evidence to prove or believe that the bidder and its staff seek benefits from the bid inviting party through bribery and other acts, the bid inviting party has the right to demand compensation from the bidder for 10,000 to 20,000 RMB.

七、Other Conventions

1、The bidder shall pay the required bid bond to the tenderer before bidding. Those who do not pay the bid bond are not eligible to participate in the bidding.

2、The bid-winning party shall sign a contract with the bid inviting party within the time specified in the bid-winning notice: otherwise, it shall be treated as abandonment of the bid and all the deposit shall be confiscated.

3、Those who counterfeit the name, trademark or brand of another person’s unit are not allowed to bid, and will be treated as an invalidated standard after discovery, and the cooperation will be permanently terminated.
